Housing
Annual
The Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) maintains a listing of all real estate sales with a sales price of $2,000 or greater that occur between October 1 and September 30 of each year. This dataset aggregates the number of such sales into $100,000 ranges by sale price. This dataset only takes into account sales of homes that are listed as Single Family, and are not classified by any Non-Use codes. Only municipalities not involved in a Grand List revaluation for the given year are required to report to OPM. Thus, on any given year 3/4 of all towns (around 129) report house sales. Data is typically published with a two year lag.
