    Student Teacher Ratio reports the average number of students per one teacher.
  • Full Description
    This dataset reports an average generated by taking the student-teacher ratio for each school in a given district and collapsing it to the district level, using the total number of students in the district as the weight. The original source data was produced by the National Center for Education Statistics's Common Core of Data program (CCD). Data was aggregated to the district level for publication in the Stanford Education Data Archive (SEDA).
